Tony actively participated in the preparation of our Talent Development day about the new world and transition of finance. He gave us a lot of useful tips and tricks to make to day a success. His participation before the actual event where he would present showed us how passionate he is about his work, his asignments and customers. His main drive is to inspire people to really make a difference for the organisation the work for and for the world. His combination of trend watching with futuring makes his work unique. His way of presenting is convincing, inspiring and he uses great images. As a trend watcher he is able to talk about fundamental trends and even translates them to the personal lives of people. He makes futuring and trend watching really useful. Beyond the vague visions. Great and absolute a person I recommend.
