Wij moeten leren van de jongere generaties

Tim O'Reilly, the 2.0 guru, tells us that we must learn from todays and future young generations. We must learn from them how the use technology and how we can use it. Organizations must give the young generations within the organization freedom to use new technologies and must use the knowledge those new generations bring within the organization to use the opportunities new technologies bring for organizations.  Tim knows explains this very well in this video.
