Typeright prevents typing errors
I also have problems with it because of my busy daily work. I want to type quickly a text and many times I have a few typing errors. Many people have trouble because they swap letters. But this might be soon a thing of the past.
Accidentally typing having your Caps Lock key on or swapping letters. Our today's keyboards do not help us prevent typing errors. Although Word processors offer error correction methods this still isn't really waterproof and only help us when the error already occurred.
TypeRight is a new and future tactile keyboard for text entry that prevents us from typing errors. It is a pro-active system using tactile technology. Typeright uses keys with dynamically adjustable pressure sensitivity. The intelligent keyboard blocks letters which could make us yping errors significantly harder to press. By this way the system helps us to prevent misspelling. Maybe a great new innovation from Germany (Aken). The guys behind this are Alexander Hoffmann, Daniel Spelmezan and Jan Borchers.
User studies showed that Typeright decreases error correction rates by an average of 46% and prevents about 87% of typos.
