Microsoft digidesk...het bureau van de toekomst?
It is the most fascinating desk in the world I think and Microsoft believes this could be the desk of the near future. It is called the digidesk and it is a touchable surface with a heads-up display. The desk allows you to easily digitalize paper and makes it easy to work with it. You can iteract with the desk by speech and all the information you want about (for example) your factory is shown on the desk. The only problem there is. There are only two of those innovative desks in the world. But the desk shows what Microsoft's vision of the near future is in regard to our workplace. What do you think. Is this the desk of the future. I think I could be very handy for the managers of large factories.
The digidesk comes with technologies like PlayAnywhere and Touchlight which also make new ways of interacting with technology possible.
