Enkele interessante start-ups Pluggd, NComputing, ScanR

I found this very interesting list of 10 start-ups to watch in 2007. I made a selection of three interesting services and I will post about some other start-ups from the list from Technology Inc. Here are three very interesting start-ups!

Pluggd: This could be the Google of audio and video content of the future. By using speech recognition and semantic analysis you can can zip through podcasts straight to the segment of interest. This all by using Pluggd Hearhere software. The same service for video will be available next year. See movie for explanation Hearhere.

NComputing nComputing's has a product named nStation. This product takes advantage of the largely unused computing capacity of today's PCs. By plugging in a nStation box, plus extra keyboards, mice and monitors, you are able to works simultaneously with seven persons on one PC. See movie for explanation.

ScanR Turns you digital camera or camera phone into a miniature document scanner, copier and fax. ScanR makes it deadeasy to scan text and pictures and share it. Just snap a picture of a business card, white board, upload it and scanR and they extract text, contacts and other data for you and send it to for example your e-mail address, contacts managers or fax machine. Just look at the movie.
