I totally agree with Don Tapscott. We are in a mega shift towards a totally new world. Organisations which cannot act towards the new world will lose the battle. New laws will arise in this new world . A world where the individual consumer will become more powerfull. A world where everything must be created in a cradle-to-cradle way and profits are a result and not a goal of every organisation. These are just some examples of the new world. Prices will not be set by organisations but will be determined by consumers and products will be less important than the experiences round those products. These are all things that happen now.
